Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective date: 22 June, 2025

1 When a return is allowed

We accept returns or refunds only for items that are defective or damaged upon unboxing.

  • You must e-mail us within 24 hours of delivery at connect@quadroprints.com.

  • Your e-mail must include:

    1. Order number

    2. Clear photos and/or a short unboxing video showing the defect

    3. A brief description of the issue

No other change-of-mind or “wrong size/colour” returns are accepted.

2 Initial review & instructions
  1. Our support team will review your evidence within 48 hours.

  2. If the claim is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions (courier pick-up label or drop-off details).

  3. Please do not ship the item back until you receive these instructions.

3 Return window & condition
  • The item must be handed over to the courier within 3 business days of our approval e-mail.

  • It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and protective films intact (except where the defect itself prevented this).

  • Items showing signs of misuse, modification or accidental damage after unboxing will not qualify.

4 Who pays for shipping?
  • If the defect is confirmed, Quadroprints covers all return-shipping costs (we will issue a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable charges).

  • If the item is found to be non-defective after inspection, the product will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.

5 Inspection & outcome
  • Once we receive the item, our technical team will inspect it within 5 business days.

  • If the defect is validated, you may choose between:

    • Replacement (subject to stock)

    • Full refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. Banking delays are outside our control.

6 Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  1. Custom-made or personalised prints manufactured to your specifications

  2. Items damaged through improper use, neglect, or accidents after delivery

  3. Consumables (e.g., filament) once opened, unless faulty on arrival

7 Gifts
  • If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, any approved refund will be issued as a gift credit.

  • Otherwise, refunds are sent to the original purchaser.

8 Liability for return transit

Please use the insured, trackable shipping method we provide (or one we approve). Quadroprints is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit that do not follow our instructions.
