Shipping & Delivery Policy

1 Service Area

We currently ship to all pincodes within India. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

2 Couriers We Use

Orders are dispatched via our trusted logistics partners:

  • Delhivery

  • ST Courier

  • Bluedart

  • DTDC

  • India Post (Speed Post or Registered Parcel)

We select the carrier automatically based on serviceability, speed, and weight.

3 Order Processing Time
  • Standard processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 8 p.m. IST or on public holidays start processing the next business day.

4 Estimated Transit Time (after dispatch)

*Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier; remote locations may take a little longer.

5 Shipping Charges
  • Standard shipping: FREE on every order, no minimum cart value.

  • Expedited shipping: ₹ 99 flat. Select “Express (1–2 day)” at checkout where available.

6 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS with a live tracking link. Updates thereafter come directly from the carrier’s system.

7 Transit Insurance & Damaged Shipments

All parcels are fully insured by Quadroprints.

  • If your package arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, e-mail connect@quadroprints.com within 1 day of delivery with unboxing photos/video.

  • We will arrange free replacement or full refund once the claim is validated. Claims made after 1 day cannot be honoured.

8 Failed Delivery & Re-delivery
  • Couriers will attempt delivery once.

  • If unsuccessful, the parcel returns to the nearest hub and a second (final) attempt is scheduled.

  • Should both attempts fail, the order is returned to us. We can re-ship on request; re-shipping charges apply even if the original shipment was free.

9 Address Changes & Order Edits

To modify the delivery address or upgrade to expedited shipping, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, changes are no longer possible.

10 Packaging

Products are packed in sturdy, tamper-evident cartons with internal cushioning appropriate to the item (e.g., bubble-wrap for prints, foam inserts for electronics). We do not currently offer special gift or eco-packaging options.
